We have been bringing our cars to Taylor Tire for years. The one time we had an issue, they resolved it fast and professionally. They are always busy, but they always get you in and out fast. I strongly recommend them!

I was once a mechanic at a Dodge dealership, so I know the routine fairly well. Speaking from experience I can honestly say these guys rock. It is incredibly rare to find a shop that is dedicated to doing what's best for their clients. These guys are just that. I've experienced honesty, excellent results, great communication, and basically everything anyone could want from someone in this business.

Ok they did a decent job and were rather quick with geting a new tire on my vehicle.. My biggest complaint is they ddi not really respect my car and scraped the bottom of my front bumper. I saw it happen and I heard it.. No one said hey I am sorry.. but they just acted like I was stupid and did not take responsibility. I was not looking for them to pay for damages that were done, I just wanted to get a sorry and to give their mechanics a word on treatment of other peoples cars..he told me all the scrathes were old.. um I am very careful with my car and I watch for those cement things and not to pull over them.. unless my Fiance was not careful, some of those scrathesand scraes were from this guy being careless with my car.. and I really did not like being made out to be a liar when I flat out see someone damage my car..

I recommend Scott at Taylor Tire for all my tires. We have five cars and I have even driven friends cars there to be repaired. ALL of my family uses them and they have the absolute best prices in the triad area.I also feel secure when Scott chooses the tire selection and takes the time to explain the choices, differences, prices and warranty.Rarely do I experience such confidence in a merchant. I have been a long time merchant tire customer. I tried Taylor Tire at the advise of a friend. Some of the best advice I have gotten in a long time. In the 2 years since I started doing business with Taylor, I have been I have been very pleased! First off, none of that flim flam bull S#*!* "added charges" you get from Merchants. They are fast, cheap, proficient and honest. If your looking for a full service joint, where you get a cup of coffee and listen to classical music, this isn't it. But if you want a place that does what they say they will and leave a little green in your pocket, give them a call. Your biggest challenge will be finding a place to park your car. If that's an issue, you should try parking down the road at the Merchant Tire location. They have plenty of parking! Great job Taylor Tires!!!!

This shop does NOT inspire trust. Our car went in for new tires, two struts, and an alignment. While they said it was done the day we brought it in, we never received a call (they had the correct #). I had to call several days later to see if it was done. They offered no explanation about that. Then, when we picked up the car, it wouldn't start. They said it was flooded. It has fuel injection. Had to make another trip back. Then, when it did start, there was a vibration/rattle that wasn't there before. They insisted there was no way they did that. So they put the car on a lift so we could look underneath. Their chief mechanic, Keith pointed at the catalytic converter and called it a muffler. In the end I'm convinced they didn't do any damage, but their ignorance of basic automotive knowledge, and lack of communication is enough for me to never go back there.

Jelly is TRULY AN IDIOT

Since moving to Greensboro from Tampa, FL Taylor's is the only Tire and Auto I have used. I've had my brakes done, alignments, tires, etc and have never been over charged, they tell you what is wrong and if they can fix it or not. Highly recommend Taylor's.

Whether it's an oil change, a safety inspection, or new tires, this is the place to go. I have been referred to Taylor Tire on numerous occasions, and I'm always satisfied with their service & prices.
